Collection and Use of Online Information

Our web server automatically collects your IP address when you use our services. Third-party services supporting Sports Bet Ohio will make use of your location data. You may withdraw this consent at any time by turning off your location settings or by notifying us in writing that you would like to withdraw such consent; however, a player who withdraws their consent to providing location data will not be able to place wagers on Sports Bet Ohio.

Like many online services, we use “cookies” to collect technical information. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website sends to your internet-connected device while you are using our service. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience while using our website and application(s). SECTION I:   GENERAL RULES

Article 1 – General Rules

These Rules contain terms and conditions for the participation in sports wagering games as organized by OCCC, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.

  1. The present rules, along with all applicable statutes and regulations, govern the issues concerning the organization and the holding of sports wagering games, as organized, and operated by Intralot hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”. They also govern the relationship between Intralot and players placing wagers known as players, who participate in these games. These rules apply to all Lottery based sports wagering games whether these are team or individual sports events, which by their very nature can have wagers placed on their outcome.
  2. Players can participate in sports wagering only through the authorized network or media outlets provided by Intralot.
  3. Financial administration of Lottery based sports wagering games (pay-out to the players, or distribution to beneficiaries etc.) is performed through Ohio Lottery, its’ retailers and agents.
  4. Prohibited Participants/Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from placing wagers or collecting winnings:

  1. Persons under the age of 21;
  2. Persons on any exclusion list including the Ohio Voluntary Exclusion Program (VEP) list”;
  • In addition, any person who is an athlete, coach, referee, direct or indirect owner of 10% or greater, or director of a sports governing body or any of its members teams, a player or a referee personnel member, in or on any sports event overseen by that person’s sports governing body, a person who holds a position of authority or influence sufficient to exert influence over the participants in a sporting contest, including, but not limited to, coaches, managers, handlers, athletic trainers, a person with access to certain types of exclusive information on any sports event overseen by that person’s sports governing body, may not place a wager on a sports event that is overseen by that person’s sports governing body.

 

Article 2 – The Holding of Lottery Based Sports Wagering Games

  1. Information on available sport events is provided in a sports wagering program (list) made available through the Ohio Lottery Commission authorized channels including at self-service kiosks and via the mobile app used to purchase wagers at licensed hosts. The publication is informational in nature and provides a primary guideline to the events available to be wagered on the sports wagering platform (platform). All information is advisory in nature and wagers will be offered and accepted based on the information provided on the platform. To the extent there is a conflict in the information between the information in the publication and the platform, the information in the platform shall govern.
  2. The sports wagering program is provided through the Operator’s authorized network (mobile application, online and land-based point of sale channels) and by any other means decided by the Operator and approved by the Ohio Lottery.
  3. In the event where data or specific information regarding offered events is missing from the sports wagering program or mistakes are noticed or the dissemination of the sports wagering program is late, the Operator has the right to announce this data in any other way possible.
  4. In the acceptance period for the events offered in the Operator sports wagering program, starts with the activation of sports wagering transactions in the Platform and ends with the commencement of the last event stated in the sports wagering program.
  5. Wagers are accepted only on the available events included in the Operator sports wagering program.

The acceptable type of sports wagering wagers are, single event wagers, Spread, Over/Under, Moneyline and parlay wagers up to 4 game events.

Parlay wagers are defined as a combined wager involving from two (02) up to four (04) selections. In order to win the entire parlay wager, each of the individual selections in the parlay must win. If one individual selection is lost, then the entire parlay wager is lost. If a sport event is postponed or cancelled the payout will be adjusted. For example, if a player has selected four sporting events on a wager and one of them is postponed or cancelled, the parlay becomes a three- selection parlay wager. If a player has selected two sporting events on a wager and one of them is postponed or cancelled, the parlay becomes a straight wager on the remaining event. Wagers are accepted up to the date and time of the first wagering event chosen by the player in the parlay, as validated by the platform and evidenced by the ticket produced by the system for the customer. 

  1. In all cases, data registered in the platform prevails over any other data regarding the validity of any wager.
  2. The selections chosen by the player create a wager to be paid out at the stated odds.
  3. Sports wagering games are offered with fixed odds for every selection separately or for combination as chosen by the player. Odds are expressed by indicating a return relative to 100-unit base figure.

Whenever there is a minus (-) that amount is wager to win $100, where there is a plus (+) that amount is won for every $100 wagered, i.e. odds of -150 means a wager $150 to win $100 ($150 + $100 a return of $250); accordingly, odds of +310 means a wager of $100 to win $310 ($310 + $100 a return of $410). The Operator has the right to change odds at any given time.

Article 3 – Participation in Sports Wagering Games

  1. By participating in the sports wagering program the player is deemed to have accepted and agreed to these House Rules completely and unconditionally, including any special rules and conditions promulgated by the Operator periodically i.e. wager limits, pay-out rules, etc. which will be published on the Operator’s mobile application and kiosks prior to taking effect.
  2. In order for a wager to be valid, a player must wager on at least one game event, pay for the wager at the licensed host or kiosk and have the wager validated by the platform by receiving a written confirmation of the wager (printout ticket or receipt).
  3. This printout will contain the player’s selections, the current odds at the moment of purchase; as well as other data which are necessary to render the wager unique.
  4. Odds and lines are subject to change prior to QR code being scanned. The final odds are considered the ones at the moment of purchase and are displayed in the printout as mentioned in clause 3.
  5. It is the player’s responsibility to check the accuracy of all tickets prior to leaving the retail location. Following this period, tickets go as written and cannot be altered or canceled. Tickets purchased at kiosks cannot be altered or canceled.
  6. Vouchers printed by kiosks for non-played funds shall expire and be no longer redeemable, one hundred eighty (180) days after the date displayed on the voucher.
  7. Tickets, transactions and payment of prizes are subject to state law, rules and regulations of the Ohio Lottery, and tickets are only offered for sale in accordance with the same.
  8. A ticket or voucher is a bearer instrument. The Operator, Ohio Lottery, retailers or contractors shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or unreadable tickets. The Operator and the contractors shall not be responsible for tickets redeemed by a retailer in error.
  9. Terminal produced ticket(s) are heat sensitive. Do not expose to prolonged periods of excessive heat or light.
  10. The placing of wagers plays is done at the player’s own risk through the retailer who is acting on behalf of the player in entering the play(s).
  11. The Operator will determine the maximum wager amount and maximum payout amount on a wager.
  12. In some sports wagering games, it is possible to use “round robins” or “systems”. Round Robins or systems are a parlay type of wager in which at least two selections are required. In Round Robin or system wagers the players can win even if all their selections are not correct. For example, if a four (4) sporting events are predicted (Team A, Team B, Team C, Team D) and a Round Robin of 2 is chosen, this equals to 6 parlay combinations of 2 sporting events each (AB, AC, AD, BC, BD, CD).
  13. Weekly bet limit per player is $700

Article 4 – Wager Acceptance

  1. The Operator has the right to accept or reject any wager, at any time and for any reason.
    • Risk management is an essential component of the Operator’s program. If, at the discretion of the Operator, special risk management conditions are valid, separate acceptance procedure will apply. This may include adjusting the odds or wagers offered, or closing the offer and not accepting additional wagers, according to Operator’s proposals and player’s agreement. The final wager accepted by the Operator is certified by the validation of that wager by the platform.
  2. A parlay wager that contains an event, which was postponed or called off, will be recognized only under conditions stipulated in these Rules.

            

Article 5 – Wager Cancel

  1. The Canceling of a Wager is done only in special cases, and at the discretion of the Operator. Under no circumstance can a wager be canceled once the first event on the ticket has started.
  2. It is the player’s responsibility to check the accuracy of all tickets prior to leaving the retail location. Following this period, tickets go as written and cannot be altered or canceled. Tickets purchased at kiosks cannot be altered or canceled.
  3. If for any reason the wager cannot be canceled because the platform cannot automatically recognize the wager that is meant to be canceled, then the wager cannot be canceled and is not the responsibility of the Operator.
  4. When a wager is canceled all combinations included in the wager are canceled as well, and the payment for the wager is returned to the player.

Article 6 – Results of Sport Events

  1. The outcome of players’ selections for all events in the sports wagering program are determined by the official results as established by the Operator based on publicly available information and/or from official data feeds provided by an industry leading sports data company.
  2. In the case of postponement or cancellation of one or more events, for which wagers have been accepted, and before these changes were known and had been entered in the platform, the results of the events offered are determined on the basis of rules pertaining to each individual sport contained within SECTION II – SPECIFIC GAME RULES, General Provisions onwards contained in these Rules.

Article 7 – Winning wagers, Pay-out of Winnings

  1. A parlay wager will be successful when all selected outcomes have been successfully predicted. By way of example, a parlay wager of 4 events with the following odds:
  • Event A +255
  • Event B +175
  • Event C +180
  • Event D -1250

To calculate the winnings:                                          

First, convert the 100 unit-based odds of the selections to a decimal number by dividing each by 100 then add 1. This is the formula used when selecting the underdog or when odds have a plus symbol (+) before a number i.e.+255, +175, +180 etc.

  • Event A: +255/100 = 2.55 + 1 = 3.55
  • Event B: +175/100 = 1.75 + 1 = 2.75
  • Event C: +180/100 = 1.80 + 1 = 2.80

Moreover, for conversion of a 100 unit-based number to a decimal number when an event is a favorite, marked with a minus symbol (-) before a number i.e. -1250, etc., divide 100 by the odds and then add 1.

  • Event D: 100/1250 = 0.08 + 1 = 1.08

Multiply the results to get the total odds value of the wager.

  • 55 x 2.75 x 2.80 x 1.08 = 29.52

Thus, a wager of $15 will be multiplied by the odds of 29.52 and is equal to $442.83, which is equal to the winning prize for the above wager.

In this case a winning prize paid to the player is equal to the value of the wager multiplied by the odds for all the selections included in the wager. In the case of odds offered for the whole combination, the winning prize paid to the player is equal to the wager value multiplied by the odds given for this combination as is the case for parlay cards. The odds and lines at the time the QR code is scanned of may differ from the lines and odds when creating a wager on the mobile application.

Pay-out of winnings, in accordance with the previous paragraph, is completed only after all events included in the wager have concluded. The winning amount is paid to the player after all calculations have been completed. The Operator determines the maximum amount of winnings paid out in cash to winning wagers in the Operator’s sales network. Method of payment of winnings exceeding this maximum amount will be determined by Operator in accordance with the claims process for traditional lottery ticket winnings.

  1. In the event there is an obvious mistake in the offering for an event or set of events, including but not limited, to spreads/handicaps and totals/under-over limits, upon which the amount of a winning wager is calculated, the Operator reserves the right to refund the wager (odds of 1.00). Obvious mistakes include:
  • those that result in winnings fifty (50) percent higher than the average odds offered by three leading and reputable wagering companies in the US market or a global odds provider, for the same wager or combination of wagers or points spread or line value with an opposite sign or variable limit;
  • or any other significant element of a wager that has a difference of at least 10% from the equivalent price offered by at least three leading and reputable wagering companies in the US market or a global odds provider.

The Operator reserves the right to calculate winnings based on the average odds or point spread / totals offered by at least three (3) leading and reputable wagering companies in the US market or global odds provider for a wager or combination of wagers, for published odds or point spread / totals that were obvious mistakes.

  1. To claim a winning ticket, the player must be in physical possession of the winning ticket and present it at an authorized Sports Bet Ohio host location or Ohio Lottery office. The tickets are bearer instruments and should be safe guarded by the player. Winning wagers are determined by scanning a ticket at a retailer’s scanning terminal. If for any reason winning wagers cannot be automatically recognized (i.e. barcode unreadable by scanner), the Operator reserves the right to apply other procedures to read the wager such as the wager serial number, the retailer number where the wager was placed, searching the database for the specific wager, to validate the outcome of the wager.
  2. A valid, physical game ticket must be presented for all prize claims. A valid ticket is an original ticket printed on authorized/official Operator’s ticket stock. In case of loss, complete or partial destruction of the ticket, or in general, when it is not possible to recover the winning wager, the Operator relinquishes all responsibilities to the pay said winnings, or to provide any other form of compensation.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for paying winning tickets resulting from any system or terminal malfunction.
  4. The Operator is not responsible for wagers not placed due to a system or terminal malfunction.
  5. A winning ticket purchased at Operator’s retailers shall expire and be no longer redeemable, one hundred eighty days (180) after the date of the last event included in the wager.
  6. Dead Heat—Dead Heat is a situation in which two or more competitors achieve the same result. In the case of Dead Heat Wagers the stake money is proportionately divided according to the number of selections which had a Dead Heat result and are paid at full odds. Example: A Player places a $10 wager on a Golfer to finish in the Top 5. That Golfer finishes in a tie for 5th with 5 other Golfers. The $10 wager is divided by 5 (number of Golfers involved in tie) and paid out at the price the bet was placed
  7. In the event that Operator reasonably believes that the outcome of an event was not in conformance with the rules and regulations of the governing body/organizing committee for that event or that there are questions relating to the integrity of the outcome of the event, Intralot reserves the right to suspend payment of wagers relating to that event until resolution of Intralot’s concerns.  

 Article 8 – Maximum Winnings

  1. Maximum winnings per wager (including initial wager amount) is set at $250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand dollars). Wagers with potential winnings higher than $250,000 will be valid, however, will be paid payable subject to the $250,000 payment cap.
  2. Maximum winnings per; wager, wager type, market, sports type, or league are published by the Operator in all media available to players. If a certain player or group of players, placed identical or similar wagers in order to avoid the special procedure for wager acceptance of paragraph 2, article 4 of these Rules, and as stated in the present article, the Operator in this case, has the right to impose the maximum winnings, as defined within this article, to the total of the above wagers.

Article 9 – Disputes/Complaints

  1. A player who presents a validated winning wager claiming this is not recognized as winning by the platform or registers the winnings as lower than what they should be, has the right to submit a written complaint to the Operator within six (6) days from the time when the results for all events on the sports wagering program were entered into the platform.   1. Results are entered into the system as soon as events have concluded. There may be exception to this if there is ambiguity about the result in which case a longer time may be needed for official confirmation by the sports organization hosting this event.
  2. The Operator does not recognize defaults prior to the start of the event, result changes, protests or overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes.

Article 10 – Force majeure, The Operator’s Responsibility

  1. In the event of force majeure, the Operator shall have no responsibility towards players.
  2. Force majeure covers events that are beyond the control of the Operator, and which were unforeseeable and unavoidable, and any planning or application of defense measures by the Operator cannot have possibly prevented these events. Force majeure covers events such as, but not limited to, natural disasters (acts of God), floods, earthquakes, fires, war, strikes, embargo, acts of terror, virus-related epidemics etc.

Article 11 – Data Security

  1. Data on all transactions entered into the platform, are kept for one year + 60 days from settlement date for which Operator takes responsibility.

 

Article 12 – Announcement of Rules

  1. These rules as well as all terms and conditions for the holding of sports wagering games, and the further detailed description in Section II of the present rules for all offered wagering games, are made known to players in every possible way, (sports wagering program, sports wagering mobile native application, other printed or electronic media), and from the moment of announcement are considered as an integral part of the official rules of the game and can be found on the Operator’s mobile native application and Kiosks.

 

Article 13 voluntary exclusion program;

 

  1. The Ohio Casino Control Commission along with the Ohio Lottery Commission has enabled a voluntary exclusion program to assist individuals with gambling issues. This program offers individuals the ability to ban themselves from a gambling activity in Ohio for one year, five years or lifetime. Individuals can be enrolled by completing the Request for Voluntary Exclusion form located at one of the seven Ohio Racinos or four Ohio Casinos, in the presence of a trained staff member of the Ohio Lottery Commission or Ohio Casino Control Commission.

SECTION II – SPECIFIC GAME RULES

General Provisions

  1. In all cases of postponements, cancellations, suspensions and interruption of events, the local date and time of the event prevails (local time). The official commencement of every event is the last officially publicized time, either the one published in the wagering program or the one subsequently officially publicized by the Operator. Therefore, any subsequent time publicized, supersedes any previous and is henceforth considered the new official commencement time of the event.
  2. A Sporting event will be considered cancelled (no action) in the following circumstances: Events which were cancelled or postponed and were not held within the following calendar day; where there was a change of opposition; or where there was a reversal of home and away team with the game simultaneously taking place in the away team’s venue.
  3. If an event starts before the end of wager acceptance of that event or were placed on an event whose result was already determined, then all sports wagering tickets that include this event will be refunded to the player.
  4. If an Operator offered game is suspended before the conclusion of regular time, and the rest of the match is not played within the next calendar day, then all wagers involving this event will be refunded unless it includes a wager whose result has already been determined (i.e. wagers that have a result that would not change if the game was concluded). An exception to this rule is events or wager types that have different provisions, as stated in their respective category, in which case those specific provisions of each sport supersede.
  5. If an event is suspended before the conclusion of regulation time and is concluded from the time of the suspension within the next calendar day, then all wagers placed on this event are valid for the official result declared at the conclusion of the event.
  6. If an event is suspended before the conclusion of regular time, and is restarted from the beginning within the next calendar day, then all wagers on the suspended event will be refunded (irrespective of the time they were accepted), except in the instance of wager types whose result has already been determined (i.e. wagers that have a result that would not change if the event was concluded).
  7. For every wager type involving three choices (including but not limited to; for example, soccer “Match Winner”), there could arise a “Double Chance” wager type with odds for every combination of two (2) from the three (3) eventualities. For example, considering three eventualities A, B, C, the corresponding Double Chances are: A or B, A or C and B or C. In all cases the respective provisions of the corresponding wager type involving three choices will apply for Double Chance as well. A, B, C will be represented a “1 or Home” a home team win, “X or Tie” as a tie result and “2 or Away” as the away team.
  8. Where an event has been cancelled and refunded and deemed no action such as:
    1. postponements; cancellations; suspensions; early start to a match; a change of opposition; a reversal of home and away team with the event simultaneously taking place in the away team’s venue,
    2. where it is not possible for the event to receive a specific result, then the following applies:
      The wagering line that has such an event will be valid if there is one remaining event that is not cancelled and refunded. In the case where a wager includes only events that have been cancelled and refunded, then the price of the wagering line is refunded to the player.

  9. For wagers that require correctly predicting a finishing position or a range of positions (i.e. team, or athlete, or driver to finish first or within the range of 1-5 positions of a race or competition), in the instance where one or more team (athlete or driver) occupy the same winning position of a wager and the events that win are more than the predicted ones, then the odds for wager settlement are calculated from the fraction derived from the division of the number of positions (winning choices) that need to be paid by the number of teams (athletes or participants) that occupy the same position. An exception to this rule is sports or wager types that have different provisions as stated in their respective category, in which case these stated provisions supersede this rule. In all cases, the minimum odds that apply are equal to a refund. This also includes instances where a wager with two selections has been offered (for example but not exclusively head-to-head) and both participants achieve the same result. In that case both selections will be considered as winning, with their odds divided by two.
  10. In all disputes regarding the result of a wager, the governing body/organizing committee’s official announcement prevails.
  11. In certain cases, as in Section I Article 7, paragraph 4 above, the Operator reserves the right to decide to calculate winnings based on the average odds offered by at least three (3) US leading wagering companies for the same wager or combination of wagers.
  12. At the discretion of the Operator, certain wagers offered, will be cancelled and refunded and deemed no action. This may apply to events not directly covered in other articles of this document. Events may include, but are not limited to, those for promotional reasons (e.g. refunding losing wagers that almost won, refunding wagers that lost after obvious referees’ error etc.), events with uncertain results or wagers that were offered by mistake where the event was cancelled before the event took place and without similar wagers being reoffered.

The above is within the Operator’s exclusive rights, can be applied on a case-by-case basis, and do not constitute reason for precedent.

  1. If the same event (same teams, tournament and start time) is offered simultaneously more than once, with different event code numbers, then the Operator has the right to cancel and refund wagers on all those events, or to cancel all but one of those events and keep only the one as valid.

 

 

 

Sports and Wager Types

 

  1. The Operator may offer the following Wagers and Wager types:

 

  1. Money Line—A Money Line or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any point spread odds. It can be available pre-game or in-game for a sporting event only;
  2. Point Spread/Handicap—A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread”. It can be available pre-game or in-game for a sporting event only;
  3. Total Over/Under—Total Over/Under Wagers are placed on a line set by the Operator that is the total combined score at certain points during the game, including any extra time added if the score was tied at the end of regulation time. In a Total Over/Under Wager, a Player predicts the score to be lower or higher than the set line to win the Wager. It can be available pre-game or in-game for a sporting event only;;
  4. Futures/Outrights—A Future Wager is a Money Line type of wager and is wager placed on a game or event typically held far in advance such as which team will win a championship or series;
  5. Parlay Wager—Parlay Wagers combine multiple individual Wagers into one Wager on a single ticket. The total odds in a Parlay Wager are calculated by multiplying the odds of all the individual picks. A Parlay Wager does not pay out anything unless all the selections on the ticket are correct; the maximum number of events that can be included in a parlay wager is four (04). Round Robin or System Wagers is a Parlay type of wager that requires at least two or more selections on a single ticket. Round Robin or System Wager can be won without all selections on the ticket being correct;
  1. All Wagers and Wager types are subject to the following generic terms:
    1. All settlements are based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s or event’s Governing body;
    2. In the event, for whatever reason, there is a material change of the game format of a certain game compared to the originally planned one based on the relevant competition and stage (i.e. a best-of-5 tennis game finally played as best-of-3, a soccer game played in 3 periods of 30 mins, a 4 quarter basketball game played in two halves etc), then the Operator reserves the right to refund all wagers for that game.
    3. In the event of an early start to a game which is not offered as In-Game, i.e. a game is found out to have started earlier than Wager acceptance was allowed, then all selections on that game from Wagers received after actual start time will be settled as void.

1. Football

Overtime is considered for football wagers except for the following wager types:

  • the game results in Home/Tie/Away or 1 (a home team win) X (a tie result) and 2 (an away team or visiting team win);
  • Half Time/Full Time (Home/Tie/Away or 1X2);
  • and, those wagers that have to do with second (2nd) half or fourth (4th) quarter in which the score of the specific time period of the game is taken into account.

If the game is suspended before the completion of regulation time, but with five (5) or less minutes remaining on the clock (based on the individual rules per competition) and the game is not continued within the next twenty-four (24) hours, then all wagers take into account the result at the time of suspension.

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

Football Type Wagers

1.1      Money Line

  1. Money Line—In a “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts the outright winner of the game (either for the home team or away team to win). There is no Point Spread involved in a Money Line Wager. In the event of a tie, the stake will be returned to the Player.
  2. In a 3way “Money Line” Wager the Player has three options, to predict either the home team to win, the away team to win, or for the game to end in a tie (not taking into account any overtime played).
  3. In a 3way Money Line “1st Half Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half of a game by correctly selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the first (1st) half to end in a tie.
  4. In a 3way Money Line “2nd Half Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 2nd half of a game by selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the 2nd half to end in a tie, taking into account only the points scored in the 2nd half. In a 3way Money Line “2nd Half Winner, including Overtime,” the Player predicts the result of the 2nd half of a game (home team to win, away team to win, or tie), taking into account the points scored in the 2nd half, including overtime played.
  5. In a 3way Money Line “Quarter Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the result of each quarter of a game by selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the quarter to end in a tie, taking into account only the points scored in the quarter wagered on.
  6. In a 3way Money Line “4th Quarter Winner, Including Overtime” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 4th quarter of a game by selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the quarter to end in a tie, taking into account only the points scored in the 4th quarter, including overtime played.
  7. In a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half in combination with the final result of the 2nd half, not taking overtime into account. To make a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player selects either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the 1st half to end in a tie and does the same (home team to win, away team to win, or tie) for the 2nd half result.
  8. Odd/Even—In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total points scored in a regulation game will be an odd or even number. This Wager can also be offered as regulation time, including overtime. This Wager can be offered for only one half (1st half, 2nd half, or 2nd half, including overtime), or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

 

1.2     Point Spread/Handicap

  1. A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”

 

  1. In a “Final Result with Point Spread” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a game by selecting either for the home team to win, or for the away team to win, taking into account the Point Spread offered to one of the two teams (which can be a whole number or not). The Point Spread is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the Point Spread is a not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome (no tie). This Wager can be offered for one half (“1st Half with Point Spread”; “2nd Half with Point Spread”; and, “2nd Half with Point Spread, Including Overtime”), or quarter (“1st Quarter with Point Spread”; “2nd Quarter with Point Spread”; “3rd Quarter with Point Spread”; “4th Quarter with Point Spread”; and, “4th Quarter with Point Spread, Including Overtime”) or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

 

1.3     Total Over/Under

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of points scored in a specific time period, or time of a game, is greater or less than a range publicized. This Wager can be offered for only one team (home or away) or both teams (home and away), or for one half of the game (1st half or 2nd half or 2nd half, including overtime), or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

 

  1. In a “Player Specials” Wager, the Player predicts if selected players/athletes on the active roster of a team will achieve specific results in specified statistical categories in the form of: A greater or lesser result within a specified limit; or within a specified range; or which player/athlete will achieve the highest statistical result (e.g. pass for the most yards) amongst all or some specifically named players/athletes; or as a “Yes/No” option or as single “Yes” option. For all “Player Specials,” Wagers placed on players/athletes that were not on the active roster will be refunded. Wagers on players/athletes that were on the active roster but were not used (did not play in the game), are considered as non-winning Wagers.

2. Basketball

The provisions below concerning basketball game wager types apply where applicable for the game of basketball including 3×3 (3 on 3).

Overtime is considered for all basketball wagers except for the wager types:

  • Game result in the form of 1X2 or Home/Tie/Away;
  • Half Time / Full Time (Home/Tie/Away or 1X2); and
  • those wagers that refer to the 2nd half or 4th quarter, in which the score of the section of the game is considered.

If the game is suspended before the completion of regular time, but with five (5) or less minutes remaining on the clock (based on the individual rules per competition), and the game is not continued within the next calendar day, then all wagers include the result at the time of suspension.

Basketball Wager Types

2.1      Money Line

  1. Money Line—In a “Money Line” Wager the Player predicts the outright winner of the game (either for the home team or away team to win). There is no Point Spread involved in a Money Line Wager. In the event of a tie, the stake will be returned to the Player.

 

  1. In a 3way “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the game to end in a tie (not taking into account any overtime played).

 

  1. In a 2way and 3way Money Line “1st Half Winner” Wagers, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half of a game. This can be offered as a 2way (home team to win or away team to win) in which case if there is a tie at the end of the 1st half the Wager is refunded, or as a 3way (home team to win, or away team to win, or for the 1st half to end in a tie).

 

  1. In a 2way and 3way Money Line “2nd Half Winner” Wagers, the Player predicts the result of the 2nd half of a game. This can be offered as a 2way (home team to win or away team to win) in which case if there is a tie at the end of the 2nd half the Wager is refunded, or as a 3way (home team to win, or away team to win, or for the 2nd half to end in a tie).

 

  1. In a 2way and 3way Money Line “Quarter Result” Wagers, the Player predicts the result of a specific quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter) taking into account only the points scored in these quarters. This can be offered as a 2way (home team to win or away team to win) in which case if there is a tie at the end of the quarter the Wager is refunded, or as a 3way (home team to win, or away team to win, or for the quarter to end in a tie).

 

  1. In a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half in combination with the final result without taking into account any overtime played. To make a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player selects either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the 1st half to end in a tie and does the same (home team to win, away team to win, or tie) for the 2nd half result.

 

  1. In a “Home No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final result without factoring in a “home win.” The Wager will be refunded if the home team wins. In cases where the final result of a game is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st half or 2nd half), or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves only the points scored during the specified period of the game.

 

  1. In a “Tie No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final result without factoring in a tie. The Wager will be refunded is the game’s final result is a tie. In cases where the final result of a game is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st half or 2nd half), or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves only the points scored during the specified period of the game.

 

  1. In an “Away No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final result without factoring in an away win. The Wager will be refunded if the away team wins. In cases where the final result of a game is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st half or 2nd half), or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves only the points scored during the specified period of the game.

 

  1. In a “Game Combo” Wager, the Player predicts any double combination of Money Line and Total Over/Under. Any of the above combinations, or legs of the combination, can refer to a specific half (1st half or 2nd half), or for a specified period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve these specific periods.

 

 

2.2      Point Spread/Handicap

 

  1. Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”

 

  1. In a “Final Result with Point Spread, Including Overtime” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a game, including overtime played, by selecting either for the home team to win or for the away team to win, taking into account the Point Spread offered to one of the two teams (which can be a whole number or not). This Point Spread is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the Point Spread is a non-whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome (no tie). This Wager can be offered for either half (1st half or 2nd half) or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game and may also include overtime in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

  1. In a “Spread Winning Margin, Including Overtime” Wager, the Player predicts the difference in points that the winning team will score within the choices of time ranges publicized. This Wager can be offered for either half (1st half or 2nd half), or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

 

2.3      Total Over/Under

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of points scored in a game is greater or less than a range publicized. This Wager can be offered for only one team (home or away), or in either half (1st half or 2nd half), or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period (including and excluding overtime) in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.
  2. In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total points scored will be an odd or even number. This Wager can be offered for only one team (home or away), or either half (1st half or 2nd half), or quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter), or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

In a “Player Specials” Wager, the Player predicts if selected players/athletes on the active roster of a team will produce specific results in specified statistical categories or will achieve specific accomplishments in the form of: a greater or lesser result within a specified value; or within a specified range; or which player/athletes will achieve the highest statistical result (e.g., score the most points); or with a “Yes/No” option; or a single “Yes” option – amongst all or some specifically named players/athletes. For all Player Specials, Wagers placed on players/athletes that were not on the active roster will be refunded. Wagers on players/athletes that were on the active roster but were not used (did not play in the game), are considered non-winning Wagers.

 

3. Baseball

  1. The name of the starting pitcher has no relevance on how Wagers are settled.
  2. In the case of a postponed match, all markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time.
  3. In the case of an abandoned match, all undecided markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time. All fully decided markets will be settled.
  4. For all baseball wagers, the complete game, including any extra innings required to determine a game winner, is considered. The name of the starting pitcher has no relevance on how bets are settled.
  5. When a baseball game is suspended or shortened and not continued from the moment of suspension and also not completed within the next calendar day, then the game result will be considered the result at the time of suspension when the game is concluded at the bottom of the ninth (9th) inning (8.5 innings played) with the home team ahead in runs or when the “Mercy Rule” is applied and the game is suspended before completion. (The “Mercy Rule” refers to one team having a very large and presumably insurmountable lead over the other team.)
  6. In the event of a shortened baseball game where the official league’s governing body will consider the game as officially completed then all the Wager types will be settled as void and refunded except the Wagers where the outcome has already been determined and the Wager type “Money line” which will be settled in accordance to the official published result.
  7. The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

Baseball Wager Types

3.1      Money Line

  1. In a “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts the outright winner of the game (either for the home team or away team to win). There is no Point Spread involved in a Money Line Wager. In the event of a tie, the stake will be returned to the Player

 

  1. In a 3way “Money Line Excluding Extra Innings” Wager, the Player predicts the final outcome of a game after the game is concluded at the bottom of the ninth (9th)inning (8.5 innings played with the home team ahead in runs) by selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the game to end in a tie. This Wager type does not take into account any extra innings played.
  2. In an “Innings Betting” Wager, the Player predicts the result of an inning (1st inning, 2nd inning, 3rd inning, 4th inning, etc.) of a game (Home, Tie, Away).
  3. In a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half of a game (defined as the first 4.5 innings) in combination with the final result of the game by correctly selecting home team to win, away team to win or a tie for each specific time period of the Wager.

 

3.2      Point Spread/Handicap

 

  1. A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread”;
  2. In a “Final Result with Run Spread” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final outcome (Home, Tie, Away), including any extra innings played, taking into account a Handicap given to one of the two teams. The Handicap can be a whole number or not. If it is not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome. This Wager type can be offered for one inning of a game or for a specified time period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve these specific periods.
  3. In a “Spread Winning Margin” Wager, the Player predicts the difference in runs of the winning team in a game. This Wager can be offered for each team (home and away) separately or per inning (1st inning, 2nd inning, 3rd inning, 4th inning, etc.) or for a specified time period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve the runs scored in these specific time periods.

 

3.3      Total Over/Under Runs/Hits

 

  1. In a “Total Over/Under Runs” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of runs scored in a game will be greater or less than a limit publicized. This Wager can be offered in the form of a “Yes/No” proposition, or for each team (home and away) separately, or per inning (1st inning, 2nd inning, 3rd inning, 4th inning, etc.), or for a specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction will only involve the runs scored in these specific time periods.
  2. In a “Total Runs” Wager, the Player predicts the exact number of runs scored in a game or the range they will be in. This Wager can be offered for each team (home and away) separately, or per inning (1st inning, 2nd inning, 3rd inning, 4th inning, etc.), or for a specified period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction will only involve the runs scored in these specific time periods.

 

In a “Player Specials” Wager, the Player predicts if selected players/athletes on the active roster of a team will produce specific results in specified statistical categories or will achieve specific accomplishments in the form of: a greater or lesser result within a specified value; or within a specified range; or which player/athletes will achieve the highest statistical result (e.g., score the most points); or with a “Yes/No” option; or a single “Yes” option – amongst all or some specifically named players/athletes. 4. Ice Hockey

For all ice hockey games only regular time (3 periods) is taken into account and not any possible overtime periods played, or any other method used for determining the winner of the game, unless stated in the sports wagering program or the market’s description. Only exception to this is the Money Line wager.

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

Ice Hockey Wager Types

4.1      Money Line

  1. In a “Money Line, Including Overtime” Wager, the Player predicts the outright winner of the game, including any overtime and shootout periods. In a “Money Line” Wager, the Player selects either for the home team to win or away for the away team to win.
  2. In a 3way “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of the game at the end of regulation play by correctly selecting home team to win, away team to win, or at the end of the 1st three (3) periods to end in a tie. A 3way “Money Line” does not take into account any overtime played.
  3. In a 3way “Period” Wager, the Player predicts the result of one period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves the goals scored for this specific time period of the game.
  4. In a “Period Tie No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of the period without factoring in a result. In cases where the final result of the period is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded.

 

4.2      Point Spread/Handicap

 

  1. Point Spread/Handicap—A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.” Puck Lines are a Point Spread Wagering variant of ice hockey Wagering.
  2. In a 3way “Puck Line/Goal Spread” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a game, taking into account the Spread offered to one of the two teams. The Point/Goal Spread can be a whole number or not. If it is not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome. This Wager type can be offered for one period of a game (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) or for a specified time period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve this specific period of the game. This Wager can also be offered to include any overtime played in which case a tie result is not possible.
  3. In a “Spread Winning Margin” wager, the Player predicts the margin of victory of one team (home or away) by the exact number of goals. This Wager can be offered for a specific period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) or for a specified time period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve the goals scored in these specific time periods.

 

4.3      Total Over/Under

 

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of goals scored in a game will be greater or less than a limit of goals publicized by the Office. This Wager can be offered for an individual team (home and away) separately, or for a specific period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) of a game, or for a specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and period in which case the prediction will only involve the goals scored in these specific periods. This Wager can also be offered to include any overtime played.
  2. In an “Odd/Even “Wager, the Player predicts whether the total goals scored in a game will be an odd or even number. This Wager can be offered for an individual team (home and away) separately or for a specific period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) of a game, or for a specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction will only involve the goals scored in these specific time periods. In all circumstances, zero (0) is considered to be an even number.
  3. In a “Total Goals” Wager, the Player predicts the exact number of goals that will be scored in a game. This Wager can be offered for an individual team (home and away) separately, or for a specific period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) of a game, or for a specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction will only involve the goals scored in these specific time periods.
  4. In a “Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the correct number of goals scored in a game. This Wager can be offered for a specific period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) of a game or for a specified time period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve the goals scored in these specific time periods.
  5. In a “Winner of the Rest of the Game” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the game from the moment of placing the Wager through the end of the game.

 

In a “Player Specials” Wager, the Player predicts if selected players/athletes on the active roster of a team will produce specific results in specified statistical categories or will achieve specific accomplishments in the form of: a greater or lesser result within a specified value; or within a specified range; or which player/athletes will achieve the highest statistical result (e.g., score the most goals); or with a “Yes/No” option; or a single “Yes” option – amongst all or some specifically named players/athletes. For all Player Specials, Wagers placed on players/athletes that were not on the active roster will be refunded. Wagers on players/athletes that were on the active roster but were not used (did not play in the game), are considered non-winning Wagers.

  1. In a “Game Combo” Wager, the Player predicts any combination of Money Line or Total Over/Under.
  2. In a 2way “Game Combo Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts any double combination of Money Line and Total Over/Under. Any of the above combinations or legs of the combination can refer to a specific period (1st period, 2nd period, or 3rd period) or for a specified time period of the game in which case the prediction will only involve these specific time periods.
  3. In a 3way “Game Combo Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts any double combination of home team win, tie, or away team win and Total Over/Under. The above combinations are “Under and Home Team Win,” “Under and Away Team Win,” “Under and Tie Result,” “Over and Home Team Win,” “Over and Away Team Win,” and “Over and Tie Result.”

 

5. Soccer

For all soccer wagers the result of regular time is considered plus added time for injuries or other delays. Extra time and penalties are not considered unless stated in the sports wagering program or the wager type’s description.

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

Soccer Type Wagers

5.1      Money Line

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up Wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any Point Spread odds.

  1. In a 3way “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts the final outcome of a game by correctly selecting home team to win, away team to win, or a tie at the end of the game (not taking into account any overtime played). An exception to the general provisions rules is when a game is suspended after the start of the 2nd half and the remaining game is not played within the next twenty-four (24) hours, then the result at the time of suspension is considered as the final result.
  2. In a 3way “1st Half Winner” and 3way “2nd Half Winner” Wager(s), the Player predicts the result of the 1st half or 2nd half of a game by correctly selecting home team to win, away team to win or a tie at the end of the specified half.
  3. In a “Winner Interval” Wager, the Player predicts the result of a specified period (home/tie/away) of a game (e.g., 1-15 minute(s) of the game).
  4. In a “Winner of the Rest of the Match” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the game (home/tie/away) from the moment a Wager is placed until the end the game. This Wager can also be offered per half (1st half or 2nd half), or any other specified time period where the prediction will only involve these specific time periods.
  5. In a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player predicts the combination of the result of the 1st half with the final result of a game.
  6. In a “Home No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final result without factoring in a “home win.” The Wager will be refunded if the home team wins. In cases where the final result of a game is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game.
  7. In a “Tie No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final result without factoring in a tie. The Wager will be refunded is the game’s final result is a tie. In cases where the final result of a game is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game.
  8. In an “Away No Wager” Wager, the Player predicts the game’s final result without factoring in an away win. The Wager will be refunded if the away team wins. In cases where the final result of a game is the one that is not factored into the Wager, then all Wagers will be refunded. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game.

 

5.2      Point Spread/Handicap

 

  1. A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”
  2. In a “Final Result with Points Spread/Handicap” Wager, the Player predicts the final outcome of a game, taking into account a Point Spread/Handicap given to one of the two teams, correctly selecting home team to win, away team to win, or a tie at the end of the game (not taking into account any overtime played). The Point Spread/Handicap can be a whole number or not. This Point Spread/Handicap is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the Point Spread/Handicap is not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome. This Wager type can be offered for one half of a game (1st half or 2nd half) or for a specified time period of the match in which case the prediction will only involve this specific time period.
  3. “Asian Handicap” are types of Wagers used in soccer in which teams are Handicapped, so that the stronger team must win by more goals than the weaker team. Asian Handicap involves the Player predicting the result of a match after the Handicap or spread has been applied to the teams.
    1. A head-start of one half or more goals will be given to one of the teams which will be added to the actual number of goals scored.
    2. Whole goal Handicap is a Handicap of +/- one or more goals will be given to each of the teams which will be added to the actual number of goals scored. Wagers placed will be void if the match ends in a tie.
  • Half goal Handicap is a Handicap of +/- 0.5 (half of one) or more goals will be given to each of the teams which will be added to the actual number of goals scored. Wagers placed cannot end in a tie.
  1. Split Handicap is a Handicap of +/- 0.25 (quarter of one) or more goals will be given to each of the teams. The Wager will be divided equally between two Wagers, with one half of the Wager placed on the whole Handicap +/- 0.0 (scratch) or more and the other half of the Wager placed on the half Handicap 0.5 (half of one) or more, which will be added or subtracted to the actual number of goals scored by each team. The split Handicap is always the half-way point between the whole Handicap and the half Handicap.

If a Wager is placed on Team B and the game result is Team A 1-1 Team B:

50% of the Wager will be placed on the whole goal Handicap of 0.00. The Handicap result will be Team A 1-1 Team B. This half of the Wager is void.

50% of the Wager will be placed on the whole goal Handicap of – 0.50. The Handicap result will be Team A 1-½ Team B. This half of the Wager has lost.

If a Wager is placed on Team A and the game result is Team A 1-1 Team B:

50% of the Wager will be placed on the whole goal Handicap of 0.00. The Handicap result will be Team A 1-1 Team B. This half of the Wager is void.

50% of the Wager will be placed on the whole goal Handicap of + 0.50. The Handicap result will be Team A 1½-1 Team B. This half of the Wager has won.

5.3      Total Over/Under

 

  1. In a “Total Over/Under Goals” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of goals scored in a game will be greater or less than a limit of goals publicized. This Wager can be offered for an individual team (home and away) separately or for a specific half (1st half or 2nd half) or for a specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and interval in which case the prediction will only involve these specific time periods.
  2. In an “Exact Number of Goals” Wager, the Player predicts the exact number of goals that will be scored in a game. This Wager can be offered for each team (home and away) separately, or for each half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number of goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game.
  3. In a “Total Goals Aggregated” Wager, the Player predicts the number of goals that will be scored in a game where their selected number of goals will be within a specified range. This Wager can be offered for each team (home and away) separately, or for each half (1st half or 2nd half), or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number of goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game.
  4. In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total goals scored in a game will be an odd or even number. This Wager can be offered for each team (home and away) separately or for each half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number goals that were scored during the specified period of the game. In all circumstances, zero (0) is considered to be an even number.

 

  1. In “Scorer” Wagers the following rules apply:
    1. If a Wager is placed on which player/athlete will score the 1st goal of a game and the selected player/athlete did not take part in the game or entered the game after the first goal was scored, the Wager is refunded.
    2. If a Wager is placed on which player/athlete will score the last goal of the game and the selected player/athlete did not take part in the game or had been substituted before the last goal was scored, the Wager is refunded.
  • If a Wager is placed on which player/athlete will score any goal in the game and the player/athlete did not take part in the game, the Wager is refunded.
  1. A Wagering line can include only one prediction for the Wager type “Any Goal Scorer.”
  2. If a goal scored is an “Own Goal” (a player/athlete scores on their own side of the playing area rather than the one defended by the opposing team), then this is not taken into account unless there are odds offered for “Own Goal.”
  1. The following “Scorer” Wager Types may be offered:
  2. In a “1st Goal Scorer” Wager, the Player predicts which player/athlete will score the first goal of the game.
  3. In a “Last Goal Scorer” Wager, the Player predicts which player/athlete will score the last/final goal of the game.
  • In an “Anytime Goal Scorer” Wager, the Player predicts which player/athlete will score at least one goal in the game.
  1. The Operator may offer the following other Wagers:
    1. In a “Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the number of goals scored in a game. This Wager can be offered separately for each half (1st half or 2nd half) or interval which means that only the score of the half (or interval) is taken into account. This Wager can also be offered with selections of groups of scores (e.g., 1-0, 2-0, 2-1 combined).
    2. In a “Both Teams to Score” Wager, the Player predicts if both teams will score at least one goal during a game (called “Goal”) or if any one of the two teams (home or away), or both teams, will not score during a game (called “No Goal”). This Wager can be offered for each half separately (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game. This Wager can also be offered as a combination of the two halves, with the Player having to predict whether both teams will score during the 1st half combined with whether both teams will score in the 2nd half.
  • In a “Score Both Halves Home/Away” Wager, the Player predicts whether one of the two teams (home or away) will score at least one goal in both halves (1st half and 2nd half) of the game.
  1. In a “Win Both Halves Home/Away” Wager, the Player predicts whether the team selected (home or away) will score more goals than its opponent in both halves (1st half and 2nd half) separately.
  2. In a “Winner 1st Half or Full Time” Wager, the Player predicts whether the team selected (home or away) will score more goals than their opponent in either the 1st half or the match.
  3. In a “Winner 1st Half or 2nd Half” Wager, the Player predicts whether the team selected (home or away) will score more goals than its opponent during the 1st half of the game or in the 2nd half of the game.
  • In a “Margin of Victory” Wager, the Player predicts the margin of victory of one team (home or away) by the exact number or ranges of goals. This Wager can be offered for each half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game. In the latter case, the prediction involves only the number goals that were scored during the specified time period of the game.
  1. In a “Game Combo” Wager, the Player predicts any double combination of Final Result or double chance with Total Over/Under of a specified limit, or Both Teams to Score, or Sum of Goals, or any double combination of Total Over/Under of a specified limit and Both Teams to Score, or any double combination of Final Result and 1st/Next/Last Goal team to score by choosing the combination of the respective selections or any combination of Half-Time/Full-Time result and Total Over/Under of a specified limit. Any of the above combinations, or legs of the combination, can refer to a specific half (1st half or 2nd half) or for a specified time period of the game, in which case the prediction will only involve these specific time periods.

 

6. Tennis

In the instance where a tennis match is cancelled or postponed or suspended and is not completed within the competition’s time frame in was scheduled for, then all wagers that involving this match are refunded. An exception to this is for wagers whose results have already been decided and cannot change even if the match was played on.

In the case where less sets are played than were originally scheduled, then all wagers that include this match will be refunded.  

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

Wager Types for Tennis

6.1      Money Line

 

  1. In a “Match Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a tennis match by correctly selecting tennis player (or team) A to win or tennis player (or team) B to win.
  2. In a “Set Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a specific set of a tennis match (1st set 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.) by correctly selecting tennis player (or team) A to win or tennis player (or team) B to win.
  3. In a “To Win a Set” Wager, the Player predicts whether a tennis player (player A or player B) will win at least one set in a match.
  4. In a “1st Next Game” Wager, the Player predicts which tennis player (player A or player B) will win the first (1st) game or every subsequent (Next) game in a tennis match. This Wager can be offered for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), or for a specified period of the match, in which case the prediction involves only the games in that segment of the match.

 

6.2      Point Spread/Handicap

 

  1. Point Spread/Handicap—A “Point Spread” Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”
  2. In a “Winner Most Games with a Spread” Wager, the Player predicts which tennis player (player A or player B) will win the most games in a match, taking into account a spread in games given to one of the two (2) players/athletes. This Wager can be offered per specified set (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.), in which case the prediction involves only the games that will be played in that segment of the match.

In a “Set Spread” Wager, the Player predicts which tennis player (player A or player B) will win the most sets in a match taking into account a spread in sets given to one of the two (2) Players. The spread can be a whole number or not. This spread is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the spread is not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome.

 

6.3      Total Over/Under Games

 

  1. Total Over/Under Games—In a “Total Over/Under Games” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of games that will be played in a match is greater or less than a specific range as publicized by the Office. This Wager can be offered for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), in which case the prediction involves only the games that will be played in that segment of the match.
  2. In a “Total Over/Under Per Player” wager, the Player predicts if the total number of games that a tennis player will win in a match is greater or less than a specific range as publicized by the Office. This Wager can be offered for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), in which case the prediction involves only the games that the tennis player wins in that segment of the match.
  3. In a “Total Games” Wager, the Player predicts the total number of games that will be played where the selection made will be within a specific range of games as publicized by the Office. This Wager can be offered for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), in which case the prediction involves only the games that will be played in that segment of the match.
  4. Odd/Even—In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total number of games that will be played is an odd or even number. This Wager can be offered for each tennis player (player A or player B) separately, or for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), or any combination of player and set in which case the prediction involves only the games that will be played in that segment of the match.
  5. In a “Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the correct score in sets of a tennis match.
  6. In a “Set Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the exact score in games of a specific set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.) of a tennis match. This Wager may be offered for parts of a set (e.g., first 4 games, first 6 games, etc.), in which case only the score after those games will count. This Wager could also be offered as a “Yes/No” or single “Yes” option for one or more of its selections (e.g., “Any Set to End 6-0” or “player A to Win 6-0 or 6-1 or 6-2,” etc.).

 

7. Boxing / MMA

Determining the result of a certain boxing fight or MMA fight is done in accordance with the rules set down by the competition’s organizing body and the results as they developed within the framework of the fight, unless otherwise stated in the sports wagering program.

If the fight is canceled or postponed and the actual date the fight is finally played (in the event’s local time) is later than two (2) days from the date stated in sports wagering program or the fight is suspended, then in all these circumstances all wagers on boxing will be refunded.

If a fight ends in a tie and no odds have been offered for this option, all wagers will be refunded.

Wager Types on Boxing / MMA Sports

7.1      Money Line

 

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any point spread odds.

  1. In a 2way “Winner of a Fight” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of a fight (fighter A or fighter B).
  2. In a 3way “Winner of a Fight” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of a fight, including a draw result at the end of the match.
  3. In “Round by Round Wagering in a Fight,” the Player predicts in which round the fight will end, either in exact number, or within a range, or as a” Total Over/Under” option. This Wager can also be offered as a combination of Fighter and Round Wagering (e.g., “Fighter A to Win Within Rounds 4-6”). The bell will signal the end of a round and the bell being sounded again will signal the start of the next round. In the event where, for whatever reason, a points decision is awarded before the full number of rounds is completed, Wager settlements will be determined on the round in which the fight was stopped. Wagers placed on the prediction “To Win on Points” will be considered as winning if the full number of rounds is completed. In the event where, for whatever reason, it is decided that the fight is completed in a total number of rounds differently than initially offered, then all Wagers received for this type of Wager will be given odds of one (1.00). If a fighter withdraws during the period between rounds, the fight will be considered ended in the previous round.

 

7.2      Total Over/Under

 

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of rounds in a fight will be greater or less than a limit of rounds.

 

  1. In a “Method of Result in a Fight” Wager, the Player predicts the method by which the result in a match will be decided. The possible outcomes for this type of Wager can be such as, but not limited to, Knock Out (KO), Technical Knock Out (TKO), Judges’ Decision, etc. This Wager can also be offered as a combination of fighter and method of result (e.g., “Fighter A to Win by Judges’ Decision”).
  2. In a “Will the Fight go the Distance -Yes/No” Wager, the Player predicts whether the fight will go the full number of rounds in a “Yes/No” wager.

 

 

8. Golf

For wager types on Golf the following provisions are valid:

In tournaments where the number of rounds scheduled to be played are reduced for any other reason, winner type wagers will be settled on the official result regardless of the number of rounds played, unless there is no further play in the tournament after a wager has been placed in which case it will be refunded. A player awarded the winner’s trophy will be deemed an official result.

A player is deemed to have played once they have teed off. In the event of a player withdrawing after having teed off, wagers will be lost on outright, group, match and 18-hole wagering.

In golf team events i.e. Ryder Cup, where no odds are offered for the tie, in the event of a tie match wagers will be refunded.

 

Wager Types on Golf

8.1      Money Line

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any Point Spread odds.

 

  1. In “18-Hole Wagers,” the Player predicts the golfer with the lowest score after 18 holes are played.
    1. In the event of a 2 or 3 Ball matchup being re-arranged, Wagers will be settled on the original pairings/groups. In the event there are any non-participant(s), then the 2 or 3 Ball Wager will be given odds of one (1.00).
    2. For “2 Ball” Wagers, a price will be offered for the tie.
  • For “3 Ball” Wagers, the Dead Heat rules will apply. A Dead Heat is calculated by dividing the stake proportionally between the number of winners in the event.
  1. If a golfer is disqualified, their opponent will be deemed the winner, unless play in the next round has started in which case Wagers will be decided on the original scores.
  2. Where both/all golfers are disqualified, Wagers will be given odds of one (1.00), unless play in the next round has started in which case Wagers will be settled on the original scores.
  1. In “Next Hole Wagers,” the Player predicts the score that an individual golfer will achieve on a specific hole.
  2. Head to Head— “Head to Head” Wagers are available for games or events in which a direct comparison can be made between two teams or two individual participants in a game or event.
  3. In “2/3 Ball Wagers”, the Player predicts the winner of the 2-or 3-Ball Head-to-Head matchup.
  4. In “Leader Through X Holes” Wagers, the Player is asked to predict the leader after any other specified number of holes.

 

 

9. MOTOR SPORTS

 

For the settlement of wagers pertaining to “Pole Position” the valid positioning is the one publicized by the organizing committee of the race.

 

For the settlement of wagers pertaining to winner of a Gran Prix in Formula 1 or to another racing event the valid winning positions are the ones during the prize award ceremony. If this is not held for whatever reason the winning positions are the ones initially publicized by the organizing committee. Any changes after the official announcement of results are not considered. For example, but not limited to these only, are decisions to disqualify drivers or a time penalty imposed, or grid penalties imposed on drivers that will change the final winning positions.

 

All wagers on drivers in a Pole Position or a Gran Prix race receive odds of 1,00 if the driver is not listed in the official results as publicized by the organizing committee for each scale of the event.

 

For in the “Head-to-head” and “Group Betting”, all wagers receive odds of 1,00, if even one driver offered is not included in the officially publicized results of the organizing committee for each scale of the event.

 

If a race or any part of it is called off, cancelled, postponed, or suspended and not continued within the next calendar day or if official results are not publicized for whatever reason within two calendar days, then all wagers receive odds of 1,00. Excluded are wagers that have already been decided – when the result will not alter even with the continuation of the event. 

 

Wager Types on Motor Sports

9.1      Money Line

 

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any point spread odd.

  1. In a “Win Race” Wager, the Player predicts which driver will win the race.
  2. In a “Place Race” Wager, the Player predicts if a driver will finish in a certain position or higher in a race independent of order. This Wager can be offered for whichever range of places (e.g., place 1-5— if a driver will finish from the first to the fifth (5th) position in a race).
  3. In a “To Qualify Head to Head” Wager, the Player predicts which two drivers will finish with a better classification in a qualifying race. In the instance where one of the two drivers does not qualify, that driver will be considered having lost. If neither of the two drivers qualify, then the winner will be considered the one who has achieved the highest qualifying position.
  4. (2) In a “Pole Position Head to Head” Wager, the Player predicts which two drivers will finish with a better classification in a pole position race. In the instance where one of the two drivers does not classify based on their time, that driver will be considered having lost. If neither of the two drivers classify, then Wagers received on these two drivers are refunded by receiving odds of one (1.00).
  5. (3) In a “Race Head to Head” Wager, the Player predicts which two drivers will finish with a better classification in a race. In the instance where one of the two drivers do not classify, that driver will be considered having lost. If neither of the two drivers classify, then the winner will be considered the driver who has completed more rounds. This is independent of the distance that each one has driven, the time that each one withdrew and/or the position that each one occupied at the time of withdrawal. If neither of the two drivers classifies, having completed the same number of rounds, then Wagers received on these two drivers are refunded by receiving odds of one (1.00).

 

9.2      Total Over/Under

 

  1. Total Over/Under Wagers are placed on a line set by the Operator that is the total combined score at certain points during the game, including any extra time added if the score was tied at the end of regulation time. In a Total Over/Under Wager, a Player predicts the score to be lower or higher than the set line to win the Wager.
  2. In a “Total Drivers to Classify Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total number of drivers to classify during a race are over or under a specified limit.
  3. In a “Race Group Betting” Wager, the Player predicts which of the offered drivers will finish in a better position during a race. In the instance where one or more drivers do not classify, each driver will be considered having lost. If none of the offered drivers classify, then the winner of this Wager will be considered the driver who has completed more rounds. This is independent of the distance that each one has driven, the time that each one withdrew and/or the position that each one occupied at the time of withdrawal. If none of the offered drivers classify and they have all completed the same number of rounds, then Wagers received on all these drivers are refunded by receiving odds of one (1.00).

 

10. AUSTRALIAN RULES (AUSSIE RULES)

 

Overtime is taken into account for all Australian rules wagers except for In the types: Final Result in the form of Home, Tie, Away (1X2) and those wagers that have to do with 2nd half or 4th quarter, in which the score of the section of the game is taken into account.

 

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

 

Australian Rules Wager Types

10.1 Money Line

Money Line—In a “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts the outright winner of the game by correctly selecting either for the home team to win or for the away team to win. There is no Point Spread involved in a “Money Line” Wager.

  1. In a 3way “Money Line” Wager, the Player has three options: To predict either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the game to end in a draw (not taking into account any overtime played).
  2. In a “Quarter Result” Wager, the player predicts the result of a specific quarter (1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter) taking into account only the points scored in these quarters.

 

10.2 Point Spread/Handicap—

 

  1. A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”
  2. In a “Final Result with Point Spread/Handicap” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a game taking into account the Point Spread/Handicap given to one of the two teams. The Point Spread/Handicap can be a whole number or not. This Point Spread/Handicap is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the Point Spread/Handicap is a non-whole number, then a draw cannot be a resulting outcome. This Wager can be offered for one half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

10.3 Total Over/Under

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the player predicts if the total number of points scored in a game is greater or less than a range publicized. This Wager can be offered for only one team (home or away), or one half (1st half or 2nd half), or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

11. CRICKET

For wager types on Cricket the following provisions are valid:

The determination of the winner of a match; the winner of a cricket series; the top bowler or top batsman or the team top bowler or team top batsman in a certain competition or in a part of it; any other cricket result is done in accordance with the rules set down by the competition’s/match’s organizing body and the results as they developed within the framework of the competition, unless otherwise stated in the Program.

If the competition or the Series are cancelled, all wagers will be given odds of one (1,00).

Wagers received on totals in a County Championship or Test Match e.g. sixes, boundaries, runs etc. are valid if at least one ball is bowled.

If there is a rain delay or any other delay which results in the number of overs being reduced from that scheduled when the wager was placed, then all open wagers on totals in a Twenty (20) match will be given odds of one (1,00), as well as in the circumstances where the reduction is by  three (3) or more overs and in other limited overs matches if the reduction is by five (5) or more overs.


For wagers involving a specified number of overs:

  • If there is a rain delay or any other delay which results in the stated number of overs being reduced, then all wagers placed will be given odds of one (1,00).
  • In the instances where a wager is offered for a single over and the full over is not completed, then all wagers placed will be given odds of one (1,00) unless at the moment of suspension there is a winning outcome (an outcome or result that could not be changed even if the match was continued and completed).

For wagers in which any player in the match to reach a specific target:

  • In the instance where a player withdraws due to injury and does not return to the match, then all wagers placed will be given odds of one (1,00) unless at the moment of suspension there is a winning outcome (an outcome or result that could not be changed even if the match was continued and completed).
  • Subject to a player withdraws due to injury and does not return to the match, then all wagers placed will be given odds of one (1,00), unless at the moment of suspension there is a winning outcome (an outcome or result that could not be changed even if the match was continued and completed), for wagers to remain valid  the batsman must face at least one ball or be given out before the first ball is faced.

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

 

Cricket Wager Types

11.1 Money Line

 

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any Point Spread odds.

  1. In a “Final Result of a Cricket Match” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a match. The final result of a match used to settle Wagers is the result achieved at the conclusion of play, according to the announcement by the competition’s Governing Body. If the competition’s Governing Body at the conclusion of the match announces “No Result,” all Wagers received on the final result will be given odds of one (1.00).
  2. The possible outcome for a draw between the two teams can be offered for all types of matches, except in one-day matches. In the case of a draw, in all matches for which “Draw” is not offered as a possible outcome, all Wagers received on the final result will be given odds of one (1.00).
  3. If the match (Test or 3-5 days international) is suspended after the match has been started and one at least one ball has been bowled, all Wagers for final result will stand.
  4. If a one-day match (20 overs) is suspended after at least five (5) overs have been bowled by each of the two teams, then all Wagers will stand, and the winning outcome is determined according to the Duckworth Lewis method. In all other circumstances, Wagers for the final result will be given odds of one (1.00).
  5. If a one-day match (40 or 50 overs) is suspended after at least twenty (20) overs have been played by each of the two teams, then all Wagers will stand, and the winning outcome is determined according to the Duckworth Lewis method. In all other circumstances, Wagers for the final result will be given odds of one (1.00).
  6. Winner Interval Wager—In a “Winner Interval” Wager, the Player predicts the result of a specified period of a match in overs (e.g., “Winner After 6 Overs” – which team will score most runs in their first 6 overs).
  7. Winner of a Cricket Series (Futures)—In a “Winner of a Cricket Series” Wager, the Player predicts the outcome of a cricket series (team A to win, team B to win, neither team to win). The number of wins per team is the number of wins officially announced by the competition’s Governing Body at the end of the series. Wagers received on a team, who for whatever reason, was disqualified or withdrawn from the series, are not winning Wagers unless otherwise stated. Wagers received for any team, who for whatever reason, did not participate in the series will be given odds of one (1.00). If the series is suspended before the scheduled number of matches is completed, then the team that is ahead at the time will be the winner. If no team is ahead at the time of suspension, the winning outcome is a draw.

 

 

11.2 Total Over/Under

 

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of runs scored in a match will be greater or less than a limit of runs publicized. This Wager can be offered for a specific team, or for a specific range of the match (in number of overs), or any combination of team and range of the match in which case only the runs scored from this team and/or the specific range is taken into account.
  2. In a “Total Runs” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of runs scored in a match will be within a certain range. This Wager can be offered for a specific team, or for a specific range of the match (in number of overs), or any combination of team and range of the match in which case only the runs scored from this team and/or the specific range is taken into account.
  3. Odd/Even—In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of runs scored in a match will be odd or even. This Wager can be offered for a specific team, or for a specific range of the match (in number of overs), or any combination of team and range of the match in which case only the runs scored from this team and/or the specific range is taken into account. In all circumstances, zero (0) is considered to be an even number.

 

12. RUGBY

Extra time is not considered for football wagers except for the following wager type “Money Line” and any other that specifically includes overtime in the relevant description.

If the game is suspended before the completion of regulation time, but with five (5) or less minutes remaining on the clock (based on the individual rules per competition) and the game is not continued within the next twenty-four (24) hours, then all wagers take into account the result at the time of suspension.

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

RUGBY Type Wagers

12.1 Money Line

  1. Money Line—In a “Money Line” Wager, the Player predicts the outright winner of the game (either for the home team or away team to win). There is no Point Spread involved in a Money Line Wager. In the event of a tie, the stake will be returned to the Player.
  2. In a 3way “Money Line” Wager the Player has three options, to predict either the home team to win, the away team to win, or for the game to end in a tie (not taking into account any overtime played).
  3. In a 3way Money Line “1st Half Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half of a game by correctly selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the first (1st) half to end in a tie.
  4. In a 3way Money Line “2nd Half Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 2nd half of a game by selecting either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the 2nd half to end in a tie, taking into account only the points scored in the 2nd half. In a 3way Money Line “2nd Half Winner, including Overtime,” the Player predicts the result of the 2nd half of a game (home team to win, away team to win, or tie), taking into account the points scored in the 2nd half, including overtime played.
  5. In a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player predicts the result of the 1st half in combination with the final result of the 2nd half, not taking overtime into account. To make a “Half Time/Full Time” Wager, the Player selects either for the home team to win, for the away team to win, or for the 1st half to end in a tie and does the same (home team to win, away team to win, or tie) for the 2nd half result.
  6. Odd/Even—In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total points scored in a regulation game will be an odd or even number. This Wager can also be offered as regulation time, including overtime. This Wager can be offered for only one half (1st half, 2nd half, or 2nd half, including overtime), or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

12.2 Point Spread/Handicap

  1. A Point Spread Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”
  2. The Point Spread is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the Point Spread is a not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome (no tie). This Wager can be offered for one half (“1st Half with Point Spread”; “2nd Half with Point Spread”; and, “2nd Half with Point Spread, Including Overtime”), or for any specified time period of the game in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.
  3. In a “Spread Winning Margin” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of points scored in a game is within a range of points publicized. This Wager can be offered for only one team (home or away), or one half (1st half or 2nd half) or for any specified time period of the game, or any combination of team and period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

12.3 Total Over/Under

  1. In a “Total Over/Under” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of points scored in a specific time period, or time of a game, is greater or less than a range publicized. This Wager can be offered for only one team (home or away) or both teams (home and away), or for one half of the game (1st half or 2nd half or 2nd half, including overtime), or any combination of team and time period in which case the prediction involves the points scored for this specific time period of the game.

 

 

13. VOLLEYBALL

In the instance where a tennis match is cancelled or postponed or suspended and is not continued within the next twenty-four (24) hours,, then all wagers that involving this match are refunded. An exception to this is for wagers whose results have already been decided and cannot change even if the match was played on.

In the case where less sets are played than were originally scheduled, then all wagers that include this match will be refunded. 

The settlement of all wagers is based on results and statistics provided by the relevant league’s governing body/organizing committee.

Wager Types for VOLLEYBALL

13.1 Money Line

 

  1. In a “Match Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a volleyball match by correctly selecting team A or team B to win.
  2. In a “Set Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the final result of a specific set of a volleyball match (1st set 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.) by correctly selecting team A to win or team B to win.
  3. In a “To Win a Set” Wager, the Player predicts whether a team will win at least one set in a match.

 

13.2 Point Spread/Handicap

 

  1. Point Spread/Handicap—A “Point Spread” Wager is when a plus or minus Handicap (line) is assigned to either team and then it is added or subtracted to each final score to determine the winner. The Point Spread represents the margin of points in which the favored team must win by to “cover the spread.”
  2. In a “Set Spread” Wager, the Player predicts which team will win the most sets in a match taking into account a spread in sets given to one of the two teams. The spread can be a whole number or not. This spread is taken into account when determining a winning prediction. If the spread is not a whole number, then a tie cannot be a resulting outcome.

 

13.3 Total Over/Under Games

 

  1. Total Over/Under Points—In a “Total Over/Under Points” Wager, the Player predicts if the total number of points that will be played in a match is greater or less than a specific range as publicized by the Office. This Wager can be offered for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), in which case the prediction involves only the points that will be played in that segment of the match.
  2. In a “Total Over/Under Per Team” wager, the Player predicts if the total number of points that a team will win in a match is greater or less than a specific range as publicized by the Office. This Wager can be offered for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), in which case the prediction involves only the points that the team wins in that segment of the match.
  3. Odd/Even—In an “Odd/Even” Wager, the Player predicts whether the total number of points that will be played is an odd or even number. This Wager can be offered for each team separately (whether each team will win odd or even points), or for a specified set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.), or any combination of team and set in which case the prediction involves only the points that will be played and/or won in that segment of the match.
  4. In a “Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the correct score in sets of a volleyball match.
  5. In a “Set Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the exact score in games of a specific set (1st set, 2nd set, 3rd set, etc.) of a volleyball match. This Wager may be offered with selection coming either in exact point or in range of points (eg 25-23, 25-22, 25-21 or less).

 

 

14. E-SPORTS

Where an event involves the same two players or teams playing multiple games or maps, for example “best of 3”, and one or more games or maps are not played because the result of the event has already been determined, bets on un-played games or maps are void and stakes refunded.

A map is deemed to have started as soon as the game clock starts or either team or player takes a game action relating to that map, including picks, bans and weapon purchases. In the event that a map has to be remade due to a technical glitch or bug bets placed after the start of the map will be made void. If maps are subject to a pause but restart as planned bets will stand.

Dates and start times are shown for information purposes only and may not be accurate. Where an event is cancelled, postponed or interrupted and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets on that event are void and stakes refunded. However, games or maps that are completed within 48 hours are settled normally even if additional games or maps that were supposed to be part of the same matchup are cancelled or further postponed.

Bets are settled based on the official broadcast of the game by the publisher or event organiser.

The rules below may apply to different games, e.g. Team to Score the Next Kill applies to both LoL and Dota2. Specific rules that apply to only one type of game will be highlighted where appropriate.

For bets involving first blood and kills, the official broadcast, or game API if available, is definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion/Hero counts as a kill. For example, where a Champion/Hero is killed by tower or minion/creep damage without the involvement of an enemy Champion/Hero this may not be registered as a kill on the broadcast, in which case it does not count as a kill for bet settlement purposes.

The official broadcast, or game API if available, is definitive in determining whether the death of a Champion counts as a kill. For example, where a Champion is killed by tower or minion damage without the involvement of an enemy Champion this may not be registered as a kill on the broadcast, in which case it does not count as a kill for bet settlement purposes.

Where there is no ‘neither’ or ‘draw’ selection available and this selection is the winner all bets on the relevant index are void. Each destruction of an inhibitor counts separately, even where it has respawned and is destroyed for a second or subsequent time. Champion created Structures do not count as Towers.

Wager Types on E-SPORTS

14.1 Money Line

 

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any point spread odds.

  1. In a 2way “Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of a match.
  2. In a 2way “Map Winner” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of each specific map.

 

14.2 Correct Score

 

  1. In a “Correct Score” Wager, the Player predicts the Correct Score in an e-sports match that could be measured in maps, rounds or any other form of interval.

 

 

15. CYCLING

 

For the settlement of wagers valid winning positions are the ones during the prize award ceremony. If this is not held for whatever reason the winning positions are the ones initially publicized by the organizing committee. Any changes after the official announcement of results are not considered. For example, but not limited to these only, are decisions to disqualify drivers or a time penalty imposed, or grid penalties imposed on drivers that will change the final winning positions.

 

All wagers receive odds of 1,00 if the athlete is not listed in the official results as publicized by the organizing committee for each scale of the event.

 

For in the “Head to head” and “Group Betting”, all wagers receive odds of 1,00, if even one athlete offered is not included in the officially publicized results of the organizing committee for each scale of the event.

 

If a race or any part of it is called off, cancelled, postponed, or suspended and not continued within the next calendar day or if official results are not publicized for whatever reason within two calendar days, then all wagers receive odds of 1,00. Excluded are wagers that have already been decided – when the result will not alter even with the continuation of the event. 

 

Wager Types on CYCLING

15.1 Money Line

 

Money Line—A “Money Line” or straight up wager is a bet on the outright winner of the game or event without any point spread odd.

  1. In a “Win Race” Wager, the Player predicts which athlete will win the race.
  2. In a “Place Race” Wager, the Player predicts if an athlete will finish in a certain position or higher in a race independent of order. This Wager can be offered for whichever range of places (e.g., place 1-5— if an athlete will finish from the first to the fifth (5th) position in a race).
  3. In a “Head to Head” Wager, the Player predicts which of two or more athletes will finish with a better classification in a race, a tournament, a championship or part of it. In the instance where one of the athletes do not classify, that driver will be considered having lost. If no athletes classify, then the winner will be considered the athlete who has been awarded the higher position in the official results. In case no higher position can be determined, then Wagers received on the athletes involved are refunded by receiving odds of one (1.00).

 

16. FUTURES AND SPECIAL WAGERS

 

Futures are either Money Line, or Points Spread or Totals type of wagers placed in advance of any sporting event. The odds of futures wagers are adjusted throughout the season as long as wagers are offered and current odds can be found on the mobile app and on Kiosk. Wagers under this section, may refer to sports not covered previously as well as extra wager types for sports with their own paragraphs, not specifically described there. Those types of wager are also covering the Olympic Games competitions.

Special wagers may include the determination of the winner of a competition; the winner of a medal; the final positioning order; the precise order; qualification to the next round; or statistical accomplishments i.e. first scorer, group with the most goals, total number of goals, etc., within the framework of a competition or part of it, is decided based on the rules of conduct for each competition, irrespective of how these were determined and including any and every method of determining results. 

Wagers received for team, athlete, driver or any type of participant that for whatever reason was disqualified or withdrawn from the competition are non-winning wagers. An exception to this is if something else is publicized in the sports wagering program or if it considers part of the competition for which a result has already been determined.

Wagers placed on a team, athlete, driver or any type of participant that for whatever reason did not take part in the competition are refunded. 

For any player athlete related wagers, any athletes that were part of the official roster for at least one game or any other actual part of the competition, are considered to have taken part in the competition, regardless of their actual participation in a game.

It is considered that a team participated in a competition if it took part in any qualifying stage in whatever form.

If there is a final suspension of a competition for whatever reason, then all wagers will be refunded, unless they involve wagers on a part of the competition that has already concluded and received a result.

 

The Operator may offer the following Futures and Special Money Line, Points Spread or Totals Wagers types:

  1. In a “Winner of a Competition or Part of It” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of a competition or part of it such as group winner, qualification winner, etc.
    1. This Wager can be offered in a combination of two or more competitions (e.g., “Who Will Win All 4 Grand Slams” or “Which Team Will Win the Championship (Cup, etc.)).”
    2. This Wager can be offered through the “Yes/No” option, separately for each team (or athlete or driver or any participant).
  • This Wager can be offered with options that group teams with common characteristics, such as same continent, same country, previous wins, etc.
  1. In a “Medal Winner” Wager, the Player predicts which player/athlete, team, or any participant will win a medal in a specific competition. Wagering option may include winning a specific medal (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze), or any medal.
    1. This Wager can be offered in a combination of two or more competitions.
    2. This Wager can be offered through the “Yes/No” option for any player/athlete, team, or any participant.
  • For the settlement of Wagers involving medals, the valid winning positions are those announced during the respective medal ceremony. If the medal ceremony is not held, the winning positions are those initially publicized by the competition’s Governing Body. If, the ceremony is not held, the winning positions are those initially publicized by the competition’s Governing Body. Any changes after the initially publicized announcement of results are not taken into account.
  1. In a “Winner of a Competition or Part of it Without a Certain Option” Wager, the Player predicts the winner of a competition or part of it such as group winner, qualification winner, etc., without taking into account the position of a specific participant.
    1. This Wager can be offered through the “Yes/No” option separately for each team (or athlete or driver or any participant).
    2. This Wager can be offered with options that group teams with common characteristics, such as same continent, same country, previous wins, etc.
  2. In a “Group Betting” Wager, the Player predicts which team (or athlete or driver or any participant) will occupy the top spot in a competition (or part of it) within a group of participants, by group not necessarily being an actual and official group designated by the competition.
    1. This Wager can be offered through the “Yes/No” option separately for each team (or athlete or driver or any participant).
  3. In a “Head to Head” Wager, the Player predicts the team (or athlete or driver or any other participants) that will occupy a better position or will achieve the best statistical result between a couple within the framework of a competition or part of it.
  4. In “Statistics/ Future” Wagers, the Player predicts any statistical measure (points, wins, etc.) or sporting achievement that will be achieved by players/athletes or any kind of participants within the framework of a competition, a part of it, or a single match or part of the game or event.
  5. Such Wagers can be offered in the form of a choice of ranges, exact results, in the form of “Total Over/Under” choices or as a ”Yes/No” option or a single “Yes” option or as a “Head to Head” option. Examples include the following:
  6. Team points during a group stage; player to score a goal with a free kick; combination of players/athletes to score a goal; a player to achieve X points and X rebounds in a Basketball game; a tennis player to win a tournament without losing a set; number of deuce games in a tennis match; number of cars classified in a F1 race; finish time of a Track and Field race; number of medals won by an athlete/country, etc.
  7. Such Wagers can be offered for a single team/player/competitor, etc., or for a combination of them, not necessarily from the same game or match and also as a combination of statistical measures or achievements (e.g., player B to score with a free kick).
  8. In all circumstances, the official stat sheet/box score will determine the final outcomes of single matches and the official statistic reports or other official document from the competition’s Governing Body will determine the final outcomes for tournaments..
